I was very surprised to read your comments. No one is making any money off this site. Nissan doesn't support this effort - period. If anything, I would imagine Nissan isn't happy with this site since it has helped many many visitors address their problems thus saving them a visit back to Nissan. It is the kindness of the owner that it even exists. I've read numerous comments that say "thank you" for fixing their problem(s). Unfortunately, it is still very difficult to address problems via visitor descriptions - everyone who contributes is doing out of the kindness of their heart - there is no profit motive on this site. I sure hope you reconsider and help other owners. If you see a suggested solution that doesn't agree with your experience - pipe in with your approach - we have to help each other on NissanHelp.
