Rosen Nissan at Gurnee,IL sucks! told them about the problem on te passenger side suspension and left the car there so they can test drive it, 5 hrs later they called me and said nothing wrong with suspension that they drove it but couldnt hear anything wrong. So i picked-up the car an hour later but they did not expect me to have written down the mileage of the car b4 i turned it over ( 31815 miles), gues what? when i got the car it still has 31815 miles on it!!!!how the hell could they find anything if they only drove it in the parking lot??? DUH!!!!
also took them an hour to find my car when i was there!!! said one of the tech got my keys and have gone home, oh well i guess he's coming back!!!
Ill try calling nissan consumer affairs on them and see what they can do.
