I also am having the same problem with my 2002 Sentra GXE...I actually joined here today to see if anyone had any ideas of what to do next.
My BIL was actually thinking that my problem could be the dual pressure switch but we can't find where it is located in the car.
It would make more sense to me that my problem could be a corroded wire as I have had numerous problems with my horn. Hummmm. Thanks for the idea mpe235! I really don't want to replace my ECM if I don't have to.
