I have seen many cars with P1145 code. Most of the times the problem is the sensor it self, and replacing the sensor takes care of the problem. Sometimes we get cars that some other dealers have replaced the wrong sensor. They replaced the right bank instead of the left. Make sure the left bank (with wires black/white, orange and black) was replaced. Also if the oil is dirty, the sensor can not read the camshaft gear properly. Sending the wrong signal to the ECM (Engine Control Module).
